I’m Jason, the founder of CCMS and a third-generation machinist. Machining and fabrication have been in my family for decades, and I’ve dedicated my life to mastering this craft. With over 20 years in the industry, I’ve built CCMS to be a one-stop shop where quality, precision, and efficiency come first.​

My Journey

I started in this industry at just 14 years old, deburring parts and sweeping the floors. It wasn’t glamorous, but it taught me the importance of hard work and attention to detail from day one. As time went on, I worked my way up—learning every aspect of the shop, step by step.
 
When employees left, I stepped up. A machinist left? I learned the machines. The programmer left? That’s how I started programming. Every challenge forced me to adapt, and over the years, I pushed myself to master every part of the process—from manual machining to CNC programming, welding, fabrication, and full-scale production.
 
I’ve been through hell and back in this trade, putting in the work to gain the knowledge and experience I have today. Now, at 36 years old, I run CCMS with the same hands-on approach—ensuring that every part we produce meets the highest standards.
